2. What is your Privacy Policy? Yes, your privacy is always protected. All personal information you provide about yourself when you complete a order, is not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. We do not sell, rent, share, or exchange any of our customers information to other parties. All the information you give us will be kept confidential. Your order is safe and secure. 3. What is your Return/Exchange policy? If you are unhappy with your item, please send an email to orders@vasescandleholders.com within 30 days of receiving your order for an authorization # . A refund (less shipping and handling) or a replacement will be issued. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail or call us. (See additional information).
4. What is your delivery time for products? Most orders are shipped within 48hrs from when the order was placed. After that time, it may take 5-10 business days to reach your destination, depending on your location.

6. Will I pay sale taxes on my order? Shipments anywhere within the 48 continental United States including Alaska & Hawaii are billed tax free. ***Sales tax of 5% (GST) will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to Canada and an additional tax of 7% (PST) for those shipments to the province of British Columbia. With the exception of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, there will be an HST of 13%.***
7. What happens if I am not satisfied with the item(s)? Your satisfaction with our products are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when you receive it, please contact us and we will give you instructions for returning your item for a refund, To receive a refund all items must be in the original packaging in an unused condition and returned within 30 days.
8. What happens if the product(s) is damaged? Such damage should be reported to VasesCandleholders immediately by email and we will replace any damaged goods and assist in any claims with the carrier.
9. What are the payment methods for ordering? We take money order/cheque and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Paypal).
10. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, other US states and Canada? Yes, we do.
11. Do you offer C.O.D.? No, we only accept money order/cheques and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard american express and Paypal.)
12. How long will it take my order to arrive? All orders are processed and shipped within 48hrs. UPS ground normally takes 7-10 days. We will Email you with the delivery date once your order is processed.
13. What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within a couple hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after shipping occurs will be credited back the original amount minus the shipping/handling costs, plus a restocking fee of 10%. This policy requires that all packages be returned to us, unopened, and in good condition
14. What if I am not satisfied with my purchase? If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within 30 days of the date you receive it. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days. To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please first e-mail us at customerservice@vasescandleholders.com.
15. Can you ship my order to an address different from my billing address? Yes, we can ship to an address that is different from your billing address. We can ship to multiple addresses, please follow the instructions through the Checkout process. Please note that shipping charges are assessed based on each destination for an order.
16. Can you ship my order to a P.O. Box? Unfortunately, all orders must be shipped to a physical street address. We can, however, bill to a P.O. Box and ship to a physical address.
