Should any item(s) purchased from VasesCandleholders.com, not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days from date of purchase and receive a full refund less shipping and handling charges. We require you to call us first to inform us of the return.
Please send an email to orders@vasescandleholders.com within 7 days of receiving your order for an authorization number and return shipping instructions. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days, as long as you have received a return authorization number and the item(s) are unused and in the original packaging.
Customers assume the cost and liablity (damage in transit) of shipping orders back to us. If any items are broken and/or damaged when they arrive to us, we cannot issue a refund. You will need to file a claim for damage with your carrier.
