PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEB SITE.
All users of this web site agree that access to and use of this web site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this web site.
We stand behind all our products. We pride ourselves in offering superior customer service. If you have any problems at all with your order please e-mail us and we will resolve your issue in a timely manner. We appreciate your business.
Back Orders or "Out of Stock" Products
We usually strive to have a large stock of products. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
If you purchase a product we have on back order, an email will be sent alerting you to the date that particular item will be available and when your order will be shipped. Customers who have ordered a back order item may elect to to wait for your order and have the remainder of the order shipped first and the back ordered item shipped when available, change your order or if needed,or canceling the backorder item(s) all together.
Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from when the order was placed. This timeframe does not include any customs delays if your order is being shipped outside of the continental US. Items may take up to 10 business days to arrive at destination. In the event you require a rush order, please email us to discuss special arrangements.
Refusal of a Delivery:
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by us plus a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you and the 20% restocking fee. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
If an order arrives and is damaged, broken or defective, we will replace the item and ship out a new one upon receiving the old merchandise completely at our expense. Simply contact our Customer Service Department within 7 business days and we will do everything possible to make your shopping experience a positive one.
Please understand that we can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original unused condition within 30 days of your purchase.
Shipping & Handling
On occasions, we have a few suppliers for our Vase and Candleholder products. Your order may arrive in two separate packages if you have a mixture of these different suppliers. There is no additional fee for the split in shipment. We normally ship all in stock items within 2-5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS/Canada Post and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone or Postal Code. In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed
**US shipments are sent Ground or 2nd Day delivery.The shipping fee is based on the number of items automatically calculated through our shopping cart. All shipping times quoted are based on the time it leaves our warehouse (2-4 days). If you need something to arrive within 48 hrs, please contact us Pick-ups are not available.
**Canada/Hawaii/Virgin Island shipments are sent Standard UPS. The shipping fee is based on the total amount of the item(s) and are automatically calculated through our shopping cart. All shipping times quoted are based on the time it leaves our warehouse (2-4 days). We can not offer 2nd day or overnight services to our Canadian/Hawaii/Virgin Island customers due to border/customs delay.
**International shipments are shipped via USPS International Priority Shipping and handling fees are by quotes. Please contact us via email Note: Items/orders being shipped outside the US through border crossings: We use the most cost effective method of delivery depending on the location of the shiping address. Certain countries may vary from country to country and charge additional fees, such as import duties, custom fees and independent carrier fees. VasesCandleholders cannot anticipate these fees and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional taxes and fees, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
With these fees incurred we cannot predict additional shipping time due to these custom issues. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the Postal Service to determine what type of fees you may expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order. If for any reason your package is undeliverable and is returned to our warehouse you will be charged for these fees as we will be billed for them on the return.

Typographical Errors/Manufacturer Images
In the event that a product sold on the site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Vases and Candleholders will honor any orders placed for such product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card/account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
Images supplied by the manufacturer may vary slightly from the actual product. The image may contain items not included in the sale to enhance the look of the item. If a feature is not listed in the description it will not be included in the product. On rare occasions, the manufacturer may discontinue or alter an element of a product and we cannot anticipate these changes. We will do our best to rectify an issue and update a product description and image when necessary.
Note: Color Disclaimer :
Item colors as shown on the web may vary slightly from the original product due to various reasons such as photography, printing as they involve a lot of transitions and changes. Also the colors may vary from monitor to monitor due to various resolution levels.
Cancelled Orders
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason during our processing time before it is shipped, please contact us our Customer Service Department e-mail us using our Contact Us Form within twenty-four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. After 24 hours-, we will do all what we can to stop the items from being shipped. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If the item has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping it back to us.
If an item is out of stock on your order, the complete order may be cancelled. If your payment was declined this would also cause a cancellation. VasesCandleholders reserves the right to cancel an order at any time with a full refund given.
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, we will send an e-mail to comfirm that your credit card has been credited. All refunds are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase. Shipping costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective and only if shipping was originally charged.
Price Changes
All prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice. VasesCandleholders.com will need to modify prices from time to time and will honor the lower prices previously posted on the site.
